Welche vertikale Implantatposition ist die richtige?

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Fehlpositionierungen von Implantaten in der vertikalen Ebene sind in vielen Fällen v. a. im ästhetischen Bereich nur durch eine Explantation zu korrigieren. Doch welche vertikale Implantatposition ist die richtige, um ein langfristig stabiles ästhetisches und funktionelles Ergebnis im Front- und Seitenzahnbereich zu erzielen.

Material und Methode

Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage wurden die Ergebnisse der 9. Europäischen Konsensuskonferenz (EuCC) im März 2014 in Köln unter Federführung des Bundesverbands der implantologisch tätigen Zahnärzte in Europa (BDIZ EDI) sowie einer aktuellen Literaturrecherche herangezogen.

Ergebnisse

Die Ergebnisse werden anhand des Resorptionsverhaltens von Implantaten mit verschiedener Implantathalskonfiguration bei unterschiedlich tiefer Implantatinsertion erläutert.

S3-Leitlinie „Diagnostik und Therapie des Karpaltunnelsyndroms“

Prof. Dr. med. Gregor Antoniadis Das Karpaltunnelsyndrom ist die häufigste Kompressionsneuropathie peripherer Nerven. Obwohl die Anamnese mit dem nächtlichen Einschlafen der Hand (Brachialgia parästhetica nocturna) sehr typisch ist, ist eine klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung und Elektroneurografie in manchen Fällen auch eine Neurosonografie erforderlich. Im Anfangsstadium sind konservative Maßnahmen (Handgelenksschiene, Ergotherapie) empfehlenswert. Bei nicht Ansprechen der konservativen Therapie oder Auftreten von neurologischen Ausfällen ist eine Dekompression des N. medianus am Karpaltunnel indiziert.
