Zusammenfassung

Bradykardien beim akut symptomatischen Patienten sind oft mit schlechter Prognose assoziiert und erfordern eine notfallmäßige Ursachenabklärung und Therapie. Allerdings kann eine vorliegende Sinusbradykardie auch chronisch und harmlos sein. In dieser Gemengelage ist eine strukturierte Differenzialdiagnostik und klinische Einordnung des Stellenwerts der Bradykardie entscheidend. Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Bradykardien sowie deren Pathogenese und Differenzialdiagnostik.
