Die Lymphadenektomie ist der Referenzstandard für den Nachweis eines Lymphknotenbefalls - obwohl ihr onkologischer Nutzen nicht belegt ist. Aktuell laufende prospektive Studien überprüfen ihren Stellenwert. Ob Sensitivität und Spezifität der PSMA-PET/CT allerdings ausreichen, um die Lymphadenektomie zu ersetzen, muss noch gezeigt werden. …
