The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device (MicroVention, Aliso Viejo, CA, USA) has emerged as a promising endovascular option for treating wide-neck bifurcation intracranial aneurysms [

2]. The use of the WEB device in basilar artery bifurcation (BAbif) aneurysms has demonstrated favorable outcomes, with successful aneurysm occlusion and minimal reported complications [
1,
3]. By eliminating the need for a stent, the WEB device reduces the risk of stent-related complications, such as in-stent stenosis or thromboembolic events. Additionally, it eliminates the risks of hemorrhagic complications associated with the use of antiplatelet agents.
