Zusammenfassung

Die Adipositas wird als chronische Erkrankung mit hoher Rezidivneigung gesehen, weswegen den Betroffenen über die Phase der Gewichtsabnahme hinaus geeignete Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Gewichtsstabilisierung („extended care“) empfohlen werden sollten.
