Abstract

Immediate loading of dental implants for either partial or total edentulous jaws is a predictable approach, and it has shown comparable survival rates than those obtained with conventional loading protocols in the long term. It not only provides functionality but aesthetics and improved patient satisfaction. The implementation of new technologies in conjunction with immediate dental implants loading has good acceptance by both clinicians and patients, reducing chair time and overall treatment costs.
