Excerpt
Pulsed field ablation (PFA) is a novel, non-thermal ablation technology to treat atrial fibrillation (AF). PFA has caught great interest because of its unique safety and efficacy profile, e.g., the myocardial tissue selectivity and the advantage to reduce the risk of collateral damage. Existing clinical data have showed that PFA allows for safe, fast, efficient, and durable PVI [
