Abstract
Spontaneous perforation of a primary gastric lymphoma is an exceptional clinical entity, which may present a diagnostic, therapeutic, and prognostic problem. We report the case of a gastric tumor perforation diagnosed intraoperatively at the stage of advanced peritonitis with septic shock. The diagnosis of small B cell lymphoma was confirmed by pathological examination combined with immunohistochemistry in a post-mortem.
