22. Indolente und kleinzellige B-Zell Lymphome

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die große Gruppe der klein- und mittelgroßzelligen malignen Lymphome und ihre Varianten nach den Gesichtspunkten der neuen WHO Klassifikation und auf dem Boden pathogenetischer Prinzipien ihrer Entwicklung und Progression behandelt. Wichtig ist, dass zwar der diagnostische histopathologische Befund des Lymphknotenbefalls im Vordergrund steht, aber bei der üblichen systemischen Ausbreitung auf die Manifestation als leukämisches Bild und auf häufig biopsierte Manifestationsorte hingewiesen wird. Auch werden die in der Differenzialdiagnose wichtigen Formen der Marginalzonenlymphome mit lokalisiertem extranodalem Befall besprochen. Daraus entsteht ein umfassendes und durch Bilddokumente gut untermauertes Gesamtbild, aus dem die klinisch relevanten diagnostischen Strategien abgeleitet werden können.
