35. Lymphproliferative Erkrankungen des Gastrointestinaltrakts

Zusammenfassung

Der Gastrointestinaltrakt ist häufiger Primärsitz extranodaler Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome und zeigt darüberhinaus in seinem mukosaassoziierten konstitutionellen lymphatischen System eine besondere Prävalenz mancher systemischer Lymphome. Dabei zeigen verschiedene Abschnitte ganz unterschiedliche Befallsmuster. Dieses Kapitel erfasst alle bekannten Entitäten und deren morpholgische, immunhistochemische und genetische Besonderheiten, auf der Basis der neuen WHO Klassifikation abschnittsentsprechend gegliedert. Wichtige diagnostische Eigenschaften werden herausgearbeitet und der primäre und sekundäre Lymphombefall des Darms unterschieden. Auch die organtypischen Neoplasien und klonalen Proliferationen des T-Zell Systems werden behandelt und pathogenetisch, soweit bekannt, zugeordnet. Das Kapitel stellt eine wichtige Aktualisierung für die mit der Diagnostik befassten Pathologen und Kliniker dar.
